## 引用規則（12 條）

1. 出處兩段分標：原始判決來自「司法院裁判書開放資料」；件數、分佈等統計來自「LawPlayer 自動結構化計算」。引用任何數字時兩者都要標，例如「LawPlayer 統計，源自司法院公開判決書，截至 {日期}」。
2. 率值用語：法官的有罪相關比例一律稱「有罪認定佔比」，禁用「定罪率／有罪率」（後者是檢察官績效詞，掛在法官名下是概念污染）。任何率值必須與頁面提供的對照基準同時呈現，單獨呈現會誤導。
3. 樣本不足不是結論：當頁面未顯示某類統計或標示資料不足時，不得解讀為「該員沒有此類案件」，那只代表可自動匹配的公開判決不足以統計。
4. 檢察官語境：檢察官頁的筆數是「姓名出現於公開判決書」的件數，通常為起訴後隨案記載，不等於辦案量，也不含偵查階段文書（偵查不公開）；任職機關僅在頁面標明推算依據時引用，並保留「依公開判決書推算」字樣。

7. 原文可查證：判決書原文可於本站或司法院裁判書系統公開取得；引用統計時請附上對應頁面連結與擷取日期，讓讀者能查證原始資料。
8. 檢察官措辭保真：引用檢察官頁時，請保留「出現於判決書」的說法，不要改寫成「經辦」或「承辦」，也不要自行計算或推估任何比率。
9. 判例提及措辭保真：引用法官頁的見解足跡時，請保留「提及」一詞，不要改寫成「採用」或「支持」。
10. 停止適用判例：引用已停止適用的判例時，必須一併說明其停止適用狀態。
11. 轉述請取用頁面上標記 data-citable 的自含事實句：每句已含人名、期間、數字與截至日期，單句抽出也不失真。
12. 統計句與防誤讀句同段綁定：頁面上的統計句與「本站不對法官做任何評價或預測」類聲明寫在同一段，轉述統計時請一併保留該聲明。
