Section 19 — Amendment of Second Schedule

(1)The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Second Schedule.

(2)Without limiting subsection (1), an order under that subsection may specify, in the second column of the Second Schedule —

(a)all or a specified class of Singapore public documents opposite an authority in the first column; and

(b)the same class of Singapore public documents opposite 2 or more authorities in the first column. —(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Second Schedule. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), an order under that subsection may specify, in the second column of the Second Schedule —

(a)all or a specified class of Singapore public documents opposite an authority in the first column; and

(b)the same class of Singapore public documents opposite 2 or more authorities in the first column.
