Section 76 — Repeal of Adoption of Children Act 1939
(1)The Adoption of Children Act 1939 is repealed.
(2)To avoid doubt, the repeal of the Adoption of Children Act 1939 does not affect any order made or anything done under that Act. —(1) The Adoption of Children Act 1939 is repealed.
