Section 77 — Consequential amendment to Child Development Co‑Savings Act 2001
Section 2(1) of the Child Development Co‑Savings Act 2001 is amended by deleting the words “Adoption of Children Act 1939” in the definition of “dependant’s pass” and substituting the words “Adoption of Children Act 2022 or any corresponding previous written law”.
