§ 206 — Material to which this Division applies

206. In this Division, “relevant material” —(a)

means any of the following material:(i)

a published literary work;

(ii)

a published dramatic work;

(iii)

a published artistic work;

(iv)

a published sound recording;

(v)

a sound broadcast;

(vi)

a published recording of a protected performance; but

(b)

does not include a sound recording, a sound broadcast or a recording of a protected performance that comprises only one or more of the following:(i)

the performance of a musical work;

(ii)

a musical work in which words are sung;

(iii)

a musical work in which words are spoken incidentally to or in association with the music.
