§ 208 — Interpretation: what is an accessible format copy

208. An “accessible format copy” means —(a)

in relation to an authorial work — a copy (whether in an electronic or a physical form) of the work in an accessible format;

(b)

in relation to a sound recording — a copy (whether in an electronic or a physical form) of the recording in an accessible format;

(c)

in relation to a sound broadcast — a copy of the broadcast in an accessible format; and

(d)

in relation to a recording of a protected performance — a copy (whether in an electronic or a physical form) of the recording in an accessible format.
