§ 216 — Rights owner’s right to license or authorise not affected

216. This Division does not affect a rights owner’s right to grant a licence to or authorise (as the case may be) the body administering an institution aiding persons with print disabilities or an educational institution —(a)

to make or cause to be made;

(b)

to make available or cause to be made available; or

(c)

to distribute or cause to be distributed,

accessible format copies of any relevant material.
