§ 296 — Religious performances of literary, dramatic or musical works

296.—(1) If the conditions in subsection (2) are met, it is a permitted use to perform a literary, dramatic or musical work.(2) The conditions are —(a)

the work is of a religious nature; and

(b)

the performance is in the course of services at a place of worship or other religious assembly.
