§ 303 — Making false or misleading notation
303.—(1) A person commits an offence if —(a)
the person makes a notation that is for, or appears to be for, the purposes of section 301; and
(b)
the person knows or ought reasonably to know that the notation contains any material information that is false or misleading.
(2) A person convicted of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
