§ 333 — Duration of request

333.—(1) A request to seize is in force until it is revoked or expires under this section.(2) A request may be revoked at any time by a written notice given to the Director‑General by —(a)

the requestor; or

(b)

any person who becomes the rights owner after the requestor.

(3) A request expires on the earlier of the following:(a)

60 days after the request is served on the Director‑General;

(b)

when the goods in question cease to be infringing goods because the copyright in them, or the protection period of the performance, expires.
