§ 336 — Inspection and seizure without request
336.—(1) A customs officer may examine any goods (including goods in transit) that the officer reasonably suspects to be infringing goods.(2) Subject to subsection (3), a customs officer may seize goods that the officer reasonably suspects are —(a)
infringing goods; and
(b)
imported or to be exported.
(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to goods in transit, unless they are consigned to a person with a commercial or physical presence in Singapore.
