§ 365 — Obstruction of customs officers
365.—(1) A person commits an offence if he or she —(a)
refuses any customs officer access to any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or place that the officer is entitled to under this Subdivision; or
(b)
obstructs or hinders any customs officer in the exercise of any power conferred on that officer by this Subdivision.
(2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
