§ 366 — Appointment of persons to exercise powers and duties of customs officers

366.—(1) The Minister may appoint any person, or class of persons, to exercise the powers and perform the duties of a customs officer under this Division (including any subsidiary legislation relating to this Division).(2) The Minister may appoint any person, or class of persons, to exercise the powers and perform the duties of a senior customs officer under this Division (including any subsidiary legislation relating to this Division).

(3) An appointment under this section must be published in the Gazette.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
