§ 368 — Fees

368. The Minister charged with the responsibility for customs duties may make regulations to prescribe the fees payable to the Director‑General for the administration of this Division, including fees for the following purposes:(a)

for the escort of a conveyance conveying seized goods;

(b)

for a customs officer to attend the inspection or destruction of seized goods;

(c)

for the attendance of a customs officer in connection with any other act or service under this Division.
