§ 495 — Representation

495. In any proceeding before a Tribunal —(a)

any party may be represented by an advocate;

(b)

an individual who is a party may appear in person; and

(c)

a party that is not an individual may be represented by a prescribed person, but only if permission is granted by the Tribunal.
