§ 498 — Other provisions on procedure

498.—(1) A Tribunal is to conduct proceedings with as little formality, and with as much expedition, as the requirements of this Act and a proper consideration of the matters before the Tribunal permit.(2) Subject to this Act, a Tribunal may regulate its own procedure.
