§ 13 — How power to enter land is to be exercised
13.—(1) Any individual authorised under this Division to enter upon any land or building must, if so required by the owner or occupier of the land or building concerned, produce evidence of his or her authority before so entering the land.(2) Any person who refuses to give access to, or obstructs, hinders or delays, an individual authorised under this Division in the exercise of his or her power conferred under this Division shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
