§ 76 — Interface with other laws

76.—(1) This Act does not apply to any railway that is the subject of regulation under the following written laws:(a)

the Railways Act 1905;

(b)

the Rapid Transit Systems Act 1995.

(2) Nothing in this Act affects any power of the LTA to construct and maintain any street, road structure or road related facility under the Street Works Act 1995.
