§ 78 — Amendments to Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act

78. The Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 158A, 1996 Revised Edition) is amended —(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (l) of section 6(1), the following paragraph:“(la)

to approve and regulate the operation of the railway in accordance with this Act and the Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018;”.
