§ 17 — Resignation from office

17.—(1) A member of the Agency may resign his or her office by written notice to the Minister (with a copy to the Agency) signed by the member.(2) The resignation is effective when the notice in subsection (1) is received by the Minister or at any later time specified in the notice.
