§ 36 — Protection from personal liability

36. No liability shall lie against any member of the Agency, any committee member, the Chief Executive or any officer or delegate of the Agency, or any other person acting under the direction of the Agency, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —(a)

the performance or purported performance of any function under this Act; or

(b)

the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act.
