§ 17 — Disability assessment

17.—(1) The Minister may, subject to such conditions as the Minister may impose, approve one or more individuals having the necessary qualifications to be assessors to conduct, and report on, disability assessments under this Act.(2) An assessor may charge a fee, not exceeding such amount as may be prescribed, for every disability assessment that the assessor conducts in respect of a person.
