§ 59 — Certificate of officer authorised by Board to be evidence
59.—(1) In any legal proceedings, a copy of an entry in the accounts of the Fund duly certified under the hand of an officer of the Board authorised by the Board to sign the certification is prima facie evidence of the entry having been made and of the truth of the contents of the entry.(2) In any suit under section 27, the production of a certificate signed by an officer of the Board authorised by the Board to sign the certification stating the following is sufficient evidence of the amount due and sufficient authority for the court to give judgment for that amount:(a)
the name and address of the defaulter or the person from whom the amount is due;
(b)
the amount of the outstanding premium payable by the defaulter or other amount payable by the person from whom the amount is due.
