§ 10 — Registrar of assessors

10.—(1) For the purposes of appointing assessors under section 11 to determine applications, the Minister is to appoint a Registrar of assessors.(2) The Minister may in addition appoint Deputy Registrars of assessors.

(3) Subject to regulations made under section 19, all the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Registrar may be exercised by a Deputy Registrar.
