Section 19A — Purpose of Part
The purpose of this Part is to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 events on eligible lessees and licensees of non-residential properties by providing them relief from the payment of rent and licence fees under their leases and licences in specified situations.[Act 29 of 2020 wef 31/07/2020]
