Section 19E — Recovery of cash grant by Authority and consequences

Regulations may be made under section 19X for the following purposes:

(a)to enable the Authority to recover from any person (in whole or in part) any cash grant disbursed under the public scheme, on the grounds specified in the regulations;

(b)to provide for the reversal of the whole or a part of any rental relief or additional rental relief under section 19H(1) or 19J(1) as a result of the recovery of the cash grant or a part of it, and to enable the recovery by a landlord of the whole or a part of an amount received by a tenant under section 19H(2)(d) or 19J(2)(d).[Act 29 of 2020 wef 31/07/2020]
