Section 19I — Authority’s request for information or documents

(1)The Authority may, by written notice to the owner of a prescribed property, or any landlord or tenant of a prescribed property, require that person to provide, within the time specified in the notice, such information or document as the Authority may reasonably require for the purposes of administering the public scheme.

(2)Any person who receives the notice must comply with the notice.

(3)A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with subsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.[Act 29 of 2020 wef 31/07/2020]
