§ 19K — Registrar of rental relief assessors

19K.—(1) The Minister is to appoint a Registrar of rental relief assessors.(2) The Minister may, in addition, appoint Deputy Registrars of rental relief assessors.

(3) Subject to regulations made under section 19X, all the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Registrar may be exercised by a Deputy Registrar.[Act 29 of 2020 wef 31/07/2020]
