§ 19R — Application of this Division

19R.—(1) This Division applies to a security deposit given by (or on behalf of) a PTO of any prescribed property to the PTO’s landlord to secure the payment of rent or the performance of any other obligation of the PTO under the lease agreement for that property.(2) This Division prevails over any term of the lease agreement to the extent of any inconsistency between them.[Act 29 of 2020 wef 31/07/2020]
