§ 31 — Enforcement of determination, etc., of Panel

31.—(1) Subject to subsection (3), a determination and any further directions of the Panel under section 30 may, with leave of the court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or an order of the court to the same effect.(2) Where leave of the court is so granted, judgment may be entered in the terms of the determination and further directions.

(3) Where an appeal to the High Court is brought under section 30(11) against a determination or any further direction of the Panel, the determination and further direction of the Panel must not be enforced under subsection (1) until the High Court makes its decision on the appeal or the appeal is withdrawn.
