§ 39M — Authorised nominating bodies

39M.—(1) The Minister must appoint one or more authorised nominating bodies for the purpose of providing assessors to hear and determine applications under section 39N(4).(2) The assessors must satisfy the requirements prescribed for such assessors.[Act 9 of 2021 wef 01/07/2021]
