§ 52 — Withdrawal of notice for compensation

52. B may, at any time before an adjustment relief assessor makes a determination concerning the compensation sought by B, withdraw B’s notice for compensation by —(a)

serving a notice of withdrawal of the notice for compensation on A; and

(b)

lodging that notice of withdrawal with the adjustment relief Registrar within 2 days after the date of the service of that notice of withdrawal on A.[Act 37 of 2020 wef 14/01/2021]
