§ 62 — Withdrawal of notice for repricing

62. D may, at any time before an assessor makes a determination concerning the repricing of the specified contract sought by D, withdraw D’s notice for repricing by —(a)

serving a notice of withdrawal of the notice for repricing on all the other parties and their assignees within the service period for that notice of withdrawal; and

(b)

lodging that notice of withdrawal with the adjustment relief Registrar within the service period for that notice of withdrawal.[Act 37 of 2020 wef 14/01/2021]
