Section 73 — Protection from liability

No liability shall lie against the adjustment relief Registrar or an adjustment relief assessor with respect to anything done or omitted to be done in good faith and with reasonable care in the discharge or purported discharge of the adjustment relief Registrar’s or adjustment relief assessor’s functions and duties under this Part.[Act 37 of 2020 wef 14/01/2021]
