§ 33A — Eligible international carbon credit

33A. An eligible international carbon credit is an international carbon credit that —(a)

meets the prescribed criteria; and

(b)

is accepted as an eligible international carbon credit by the Agency in accordance with any direction of the Minister.[Act 37 of 2022 wef 01/01/2024]
