§ 52 — Obstructing Agency or authorised officer

52. A person that at any time hinders or obstructs the Agency or any authorised officer in the performance or execution of the duty of the Agency or authorised officer, or of any thing which the Agency or authorised officer is empowered or required to do, under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
