§ 6 — Administration of Act

6.—(1) The Agency is responsible for the administration and enforcement of this Act, subject to the general or special directions of the Minister.(2) The Agency may appoint, by name or office, any officer or employee of the Agency to be an authorised officer to carry out such function or duty, or exercise such power, conferred on an authorised officer under this Act, as the Agency may specify.
