§ 63 — Notices and other documents may be given by authorised officer

63.—(1) All notices and other documents of any nature that the Agency is empowered to give under this Act may, subject to the direction of the Agency, be given by any authorised officer on behalf of the Agency.(2) Where any such notice or document mentioned in subsection (1) requires authentication, the signature or an official facsimile of the signature of any authorised officer affixed to the notice or document is sufficient authentication.
