§ 64 — Inaccuracies in document

64.—(1) No misnomer or inaccurate description of any person, place or thing named or described in any document prepared, issued or served under, by virtue of or for the purposes of this Act affects the operation of this Act in any way as respects that person, place or thing if that person, place or thing is so designated in the document as to be identifiable.(2) No proceedings taken under or by virtue of this Act are invalid for want of form.
