§ 358 — Costs awarded against Public Prosecutor
358.—(1) Costs awarded against the Public Prosecutor are to be paid out of the Consolidated Fund and costs awarded to and received by the Public Prosecutor are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.(2) The Public Prosecutor is not personally liable for any costs awarded against him or her.
