§ 124 — Company may have duplicate common seal

124. A company may, if authorised by its constitution, have a duplicate common seal which must be a facsimile of the common seal of the company with the addition on its face of the words “Share Seal” and a certificate under such duplicate seal is deemed to be sealed with the common seal of the company for the purposes of this Act.[36/2014]
