Section 139 — Documents made out of Singapore

Where under this Division an instrument, deed, statement or other document is required to be lodged with the Registrar within a specified time, the time so specified is, by force of this section, in relation to an instrument, deed, statement or other document executed or made in a place out of Singapore, extended by 7 days or such further periods as the Registrar may from time to time allow.
