Section 36 — Model constitution

(1)The Minister may prescribe model constitutions for —

(a)private companies; and

(b)companies limited by guarantee, (called in this section and section 37 specified companies). [36/2014]

(2)Different model constitutions may be prescribed for different descriptions of specified companies.[36/2014]
