§ 387D — Electronic transmission of documents by member, officer or auditor to company or director

387D. Where any document is required or permitted to be sent under this Act by a member, officer or auditor of the company to the company or a director of the company, that document may be sent using electronic communications to the company or the director if the member, officer or auditor (as the case may be) and the company or director (as the case may be) have agreed, generally or specifically, that the document may be sent in that manner, and that agreement has not been revoked.[Act 17 of 2023 wef 01/07/2023]
