§ 389 — As to rights of witnesses to legal representation

389. Any person summoned for examination under Part 9 may, at the person’s own cost, employ a solicitor who is at liberty to put to the person such questions as the inspector, Court or District Judge considers just for the purpose of enabling the person to explain or qualify any answers given by the person.[40/2018]
