Section 100 — Saving and transitional provisions

(1)The Schedule has effect.

(2)For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of this section, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule by prescribing such additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of this section as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.

(3)Nothing in this section or the Schedule affects section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1965. —(1) The Schedule has effect.
