§ 66 — Request for information from market support services licensee
66.—(1) The LTA may, by written notice, require any market support services licensee to provide the following, within a reasonable period and in the form and manner specified in the notice:(a)
any information and document relating to the approved electrical load of any development;
(b)
any information and document relating to the location and type of the development;
(c)
any information and document relating to the identity and contact details of the person who is granted the approved electrical load of the development;
(d)
any other information or document which the LTA considers necessary for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Division.
(2) A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with the request under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —(a)
to a fine not exceeding $10,000; and
(b)
in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $250 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
(3) A person who —(a)
intentionally alters, suppresses or destroys any information or document required by the request; or
(b)
intentionally provides to the LTA any information or document that is false or misleading in a material particular,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
(4) It is not a reasonable excuse for a person to fail to comply with the request under subsection (1) on the ground that the disclosure of any information or document required to be provided to the LTA might tend to incriminate the person.

to a fine not exceeding $10,000; and
(b)

(3) A person who —(a)
