§ 72 — Extract of register of registered-for-charging EV chargers

72. A certificate signed or purporting to be signed by an authorised officer and stating that —(a)

an EV charger described or specified in the certificate was or was not registered as a registered‑for‑charging EV charger at a specified time; or

(b)

any other particulars or information was recorded in the register of registered‑for‑charging EV chargers at a specified time,

is admissible in any legal proceedings and is prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
