§ 88 — Administration of Act by LTA

88.—(1) It is the function of the LTA to administer this Act.(2) Despite anything in the Interpretation Act 1965, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995 or any other law, the powers conferred or duties imposed upon the LTA by any provision of this Act are non‑delegable to the following:(a)

a wholly‑owned subsidiary company of the LTA;

(b)

a person engaged as a contractor by the LTA.

(3) No liability shall lie against an authorised officer, an outsourced enforcement officer, or a member, officer or employee of the LTA or any other person acting under the direction of the LTA for anything done or intended to be done in good faith and with reasonable care in the execution or purported execution of this Act.
