Section 98 — Amendment of Electricity Act 2001

Section 2(1) of the Electricity Act 2001 is amended —

(a)by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b) of the definition of “electrical installation”; and

(b)by inserting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c) of the definition of “electrical installation”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d) an electric vehicle charger within the meaning of the Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022;”.
